No morning show without cat content! And we have the best cat-videos on air. A glorious morning for a grand night. Tonight, Nada Surf are going to play together with the wonderful Radio-Symphonie-Orchester. We sneaked into the last rehearsal, and we have the last couple of tickets up for grabs.

Additionally, we will look back to yesterday’s soccer match. We visited foster parents for underage refugees in Tyrol. And we will play a funny little game with you. No cats involved, this time! Tune in!

• Assassination of British MP Jo Cox

Olly Barratt reports from London following the tragic killing of Labour MP and "Remain" campaigner, Jo Cox, who was shot and stabbed to death in her Yorkshire constituency yesterday.

• Migrants challenge EU-Turkey deal

Buch: Bilal Tanweer - "Die Welt steht nicht still"
Manche Orte tauchen nur in unserer Wahrnehmung auf, wenn etwas Schreckliches dort passiert. Das weiß auch der Schriftsteller Bilal Tanweer nur zu gut. Seine Heimatstadt, die pakistanische Metropole Karatschi, kommt höchstens mit Terroranschlägen in westlichen Medien kommt. Für seinen Debütroman „Die Welt hört nicht auf“ hat Tanweer deshalb auch ein Bombenattentat als zentralen Anker verwendet, um drumherum ein Porträt Karatschis zu entwerfen, dunkel, voll selbstzerstörerischen Wahns, doch mit Lichtblicken. Simon Welebil hat den Roman gelesen.

Stephan Linko aka Looox ist seit 2009 Resident DJ der „Vollkontakt“ Crew und seit 2013 Resident bei dem Vollkontakt-Sideproject „Room“. Er bespielt regelmäßig die Fluc_Wanne und supportet dabei internationale Drum & Bass DJs.
House ist seine zweite große Liebe, wie er in diesem Mix beweist.

Evren da Conceição
With a focus on the performance art Evren tries constantly exploring the intersections between performance art and different fields such as sound/music, philosophy and visual arts. She defines herself as “nomad” both artistically and geographically. Evren started her carrier as an actress/performer in Istanbul. In 2003 she moved to Vienna, which was followed by collaborations with artists from different disciplines and residencies in different cities (Istanbul, Vienna, Bangkok, Manila, Kyoto, Tokyo, etc.).

In 2006 she started to live in Salvador da Bahia /Brazil. There she had two and half years intense contact with
the Afro-Brazilian culture and music and started to focus her work constantly on music/sound. In the last four
years she is researching and exploring specifically performance art and electronic music. In her works she is
singing, using spoken word, experimenting with her voice, producing and DJing. Evren is founder member and artistic director of RhizomArt and a passionately vinyl collector

Steucalde (Paris / Vienna)

Steucalde is a parisian Dj with very eclectic music tastes, ranging from the most funky music to Frenchcore, but with a slightly preference for electro, detroit techno and house music. He launched with French fellow-DJs a crew in Paris called Night Drive- in courtesy of Atkin’s Anthem, in order to bring together though several parties music styles such as Techno of course, but also Acid, Uk Beat, Jungle, or Ambient under only one simple motto : dance your ass off and spread the rave culture.
