Update (10-13)
with Julie McCarthy
Close Up: Ricki and the Flash
“Ricki and the Flash” tells the story of an aging rock singer played by Meryl Streep. Ricki visits her estranged family after years of almost no contact whatsoever.
With script-writer Diablo Cody (“Juno”), actress Meryl Streep and director Jonathan Demme working together on “Ricki and the Flash”, it sounds like a film with potential. (Erika Koriska)
Ars Electronica (13-17)
