"Ich will das Universum entdecken"
"Als ich fünf Monate in der Südsee verbracht habe, ist mir klar geworden, was ich in meinem Physikstudium genau will", erklärt Immanuel Gfall, der als Jugendlicher Lust hatte das Universum zu entdecken, dem aber erst später in der Maturaschule der Knopf zur Physik aufgegangen ist. Zurzeit entwickelt er ein Mondfahrzeug. Eigentlich ist der Experimentalphysiker Universalist und interessiert sich für die scheinbar unterschiedlichsten Dinge im Leben. Und er verbindet sie. Immanuel baut seine Surfbretter und Skateboards selber und hat davon viel für seine Diplomarbeit über Teilchenbeschleuniger profitiert. "Ich hänge mich immer wieder in etwas für ein paar Jahre voll rein und dann brauch ich wieder etwas anderes!" Der Jungforscher ist heute als inspirierendes Beispiel zu Gast im FM4 Jugendzimmer, wie man über einen sehr individuellen Lebensweg zum eigenen Glück und zu einer beachtlichen Karriere findet.

Kai Preussner von Smash TV (BPitch Control/Get Physical/Berlin) in the house
The name Smash TV rings bells internationally. Like a phoenix off the ashtray, Holger Zilske and Kai Preussner are back to bond their knowhow and skills, always burning the candle at both ends… Founder Holger Zilske is known for his numerous Smash TV-releases on bpitchcontrol: his albums “electrified” and “bits for breakfast”, singles like “yellow asteroids” “air/earth” and “locomotive breath” plus co-writing and co-production for Ellen Allien including the albums “stadtkind”, “berlinette” and “thrills”. Playhouse, Diynamic and Leena have been recent stations on Holgers path, always displaying a distinct blend of complex arrangements, gargantuan bass lines and sweat fueled percussion. Furthermore he’s got collaborations with Miss Kittin, Raz Ohara, Daso, Richard Davis, Dave dk and remixes for the likes of Claude Von Stroke, Kiki, Miss Kittin, Adam Freeland, Toktok and Marco Resmann up his sleeve. Kai Preussner has been silently involved in Smash TV productions since 2001 and collaborated with Holger Zilske on his highly rated soloalbum “Holz” on Playhouse. now he steps into the spotlight as the new member of Smash TV. Kai is also known as Citycobra and has just released an EP. with Axel Boman and Dave DK on Moodmusic and got another one on Playhouse coming up. For Holger and Kai, music is not just about the dancefloor, it’s a way of life and a means of communication on a deep emotional level. This becomes apparent on their latest releases on Get-Physical, Leena and Soulfooled as well as their live- & dj-sets, which achieved them the reputation of being the “last men standing”. die Herren des jungen Innsbrucker Vinyl Labels „pusic records“. Im Dezember 2012 wurde ihr erster Release psc001 mit offenen Händen in der Welt der House „Aficionados“ aufgenommen.
Die EP umfasst Tracks von Mono.Mode/Mazzomba, Inverse Cinematics, Blunted Monkz & Fleur, und Remixen des englischen Produzenten Greymatter (Wolf Music) und Duff Disco (join the dots). Der schnelle Ausverkauf dieser 1. Ep freut das Label. Auf die 2. Release kannmna sich schon freuen - sie ist noch für dieses Frühjahr angesetzt.....
Als Djs ist das Team seit über 15 Jahren „sportlich aktiv“! Mono Mode sind das Produzenten-Kernteam von pusic. Sie basteln bereits seit den späten 90iger Jahren eigene Beats und bespielten Club von Wien bis Braunschweig. Soma ist mitunter verantwortlich für das Soundcity Festival in Innsbruck, war Resident im legendären Couchclub, hat einen fixen Abend im neuen Aftershave Club und veranstaltet mit Djs Kaffee und Kuchen (www.dkk.at) auch sonst zahlreiche Events und holt Djs/Live Acts aus der elektronischen Musikszene nach Innsbruck.
Ihre Dj Sets werden vor allem von Uk styled House oder Hipjazzin grooves umrahmt. Dazwischen ist genug Platz für Broken House und alles was dazwischen liegt.
