Film: Lockout
Der französische Regisseur Luc Besson hat sich in der letzten Dekade hauptsächlich aufs Produzieren plakativer Actionkracher verlegt. Auch der neue Science-Fiction-Thriller "Lockout" entstand unter seiner Obhut. Im Jahr
2047 verliert die US-Regierung die Kontrolle über ein im Weltraum schwebendes Hochsicherheitsgefängnis mit 500 Schwerverbrechern und der Präsidententochter an Bord. Ein wegen Mordes verurteilter Ex-CIA-Agent sieht die Chance, sich zu rehabilitieren und übernimmt das Himmelfahrtskommando, die Frau zu retten. Wen das an John Carpenters Klassiker "Die Klapperschlange" erinnert, der liegt nicht falsch. Guy Pearce schlüpft in die Hauptrolle, an seiner Seite agieren Peter Stormare und Maggie Grace. Christian Fuchs berichtet über "Lockout".

Buch: Andrea Bajani: "Liebe und andere Versprechen"
Ob die Zeit tatsächlich Wunden heilt, darüber lässt sich streiten. Und ob Schweigen dem Heilungsprozess dient, darüber lässt sich fantastisch schreiben, zumindest im Fall des italienischen Autors Andrea Bajani. Er liefert mit seinem neuen Roman "Liebe und andere Versprechen" eine Landkarte des Unaussprechlichen. Es wird an Wohnungen geklingelt, wo einmal gewohnt wurde, es wird an Stellen vorbeigeradelt, die für das Liebespaar von Bedeutung waren, als es noch ein Liebespaar war. Und es fallen Fotos aus alten Regalen, über totgeschwiegene Großväter und nie wahrgewordene Kinderwünsche. Ein Buch, über das man sprechen sollte.
