Have you ever run into someone who dreamt of getting away from it all? Kicking off the shackles of society and living off the land?

Most people who think about doing that would still be dependant on quite a bit of society. All of the infrastructure needed to make the stuff most people need to actually pull homesteading off is the result of a pretty tightly woven web of culture and technology.

Unless they decided to get really back to basics. It's amazing what one man has managed to do with just rocks, clay and trees.

Right now he has made his way from that hut to a ceramic roofed one, using a stone axe and has now made an iron forge.
