Today's Webtip: Doctor Who?

Is he or isn't he? No idea. Am I bothered?

Red Nose Day is one of those things that collects money for charities. They use comedy to do it. Last year they expanded operations to the U.S.

That gave us this:

I really wanted to laugh. I tried. I even forced a fake little laugh out to see if it could sort of kickstart the process.

I eventually had to give up though. Fortunately, in the grand internet tradition of sometimes useful comment threads I ran into something that really did have me lol'ing about.
