A bunch of little stories that come together to tell one really big one.

Everyone loves a good story right? One media company has decided to use online video to do something they could never do with a classic broadcast system. Tell a bunch of short but good stories focusing on the positive things in life. It's like the exact opposite of a 24 hours news network.

The company is Turner broadcasting, and the website they have created is greatbigstory.com It's filled with all sorts of human interest pieces, short histories, and generally interesting stories. Like a rather pertinent one for Mother's Day.

But there is more. Like stories from the edge of space, or the sands of Namibia, or even the bottom of the sea.
