Remember the wave of videos that came out as people discovered ways of recreating the bullet-time effect made popular by the Matrix? It was pretty fun to watch the solutions get less expensive and easier to do as more and more people threw their brains and time at the subject.
What used to be an outrageously expensive physical effect has become ever more affordable as digital cameras decreased in price and increased in capabilities.
And now it has been reduced down to it's most simple form. A camera capable of high speed recording (in this case a phone) and some string.
The results are pretty darn cool.
