An EU summit being held in Brussels today will focus on the migrant crisis. Those attending the meeting will discuss a proposal to resettle Syrians from camps in Turkey.
Journalist Franziska Tschinderle and photographer Martin Valentin Fuchs have produced a book called Lost: The Story of Refugees, documenting the journey refugees are making from Greece, through the Balkans to Austria, putting names and stories to the numbers that are being discussed at that EU Summit in Brussels today.
