Today's Webtip: Severus Snape
Fan fiction is an interesting thing. If you have ever experienced a story that engaged you so much that you couldn't accept that the story was over, it's a great way to get some extra time with those characters and that world.
I don't know how many authors get involved with that community, but there is at least one that engages with her fans on a regular basis and is kind enough to continue to fill in the details, even though the stories are over.
J.K. Rowling. Aside from her website www.pottermore.com she is also actively mixing it up with her fans through social networking. One of her more recent exchanges provided some insight into the character of Severus Snape.
Snape died for Harry out of love for Lily. Harry paid him tribute in forgiveness and gratitude. https://t.co/MPXBgUApa3
