Syria talks "absurd" without Syria's presence

Iran will be at the table for the first time as the talks on finding a solution to end Syria's civil war resume in Vienna.

However, with no representation of either the Syrian government, or any of the opposition movements, it's hard to imagine how any substantial progress can be made.
