Today's Webtip: Ask a Mars Scientist Anything

Well, it's a little late for that, but you can read their answers.

Yesterday we found out that NASA has identified liquid water on mars. Really salty poisonous water, but liquid water and not just ice.

So why is that important?

Glad you asked. So did a lot of other people on Reddit when a few NASA scientists decided to answer peoples questions.

It's a bit of work to slog through the over 7000 comments and questions, but there are some very interesting answers in there. Covering everything from future manned missions to wether or not their are rainbows on Mars. (spoiler: there aren't, but there are icebows!)

We're NASA Mars scientists. Ask us anything about today's news announcement of liquid water on Mars.
