a couple of websites to help you get informed before elections.

I am sure you are aware that elections are coming up.

But do you know everything you can about your potential choices? Have you heard of the WIFF party? Or GfW?

You can find a list of all the parties currently in the running on de.wikipedia.org, and a quick overview of some of the parties platforms at www.wiener-wahl.at

But what about the candidates? Do you know who thinks what? Or who is friends with whom? Which candidates have cozy relations with which organisations?

You can find out that kind of information at the recently relaunched Meineabgeordneten.at They have background info on many of the candidates and offer special functions for looking up relationships between things like the AK, WK, Burschenschaften or Raiffeisen.

They have also added mobile functionality to the site, so it should work on your favourite phone now as well.
