"The emergency is certainly not over"
It's estimated that over 20,000 refugeees crossed the Hungarian border to Austria over the weekend, the vast majority of them continuing to Germany.

The usual border controls were relaxed to avert a pending humanitarian catastrophe, and now leaders in Austria and Germany are saying that things must return to normal.
However, with tens of thousands of refugees arriving in EU neighbour states every days, is it realistic to think that the last days have been a one-off emergency?
