Today's Webtip: Voyager's Golden Record

NASA has put their message in a bottle online.

It's been 38 years since the Voyager mission left the planet. It wasn't just a mission to discover the solar system, but to take a bit of us with it to the stars.

That was done in the form of a golden record containing the sounds of our planet that were considered important at the time. Bits and pieces of those recordings have found their way to the net in the past, but the whole recordings were only recently released for the rest of us.
