As the banks reopen in Greece today, discussion over the merits of the Greek bailout deal continues. In Germany there are signs of tension within the ruling CDU/CSU and SPD coalition while more and more economic experts around the world are saying the deal just won’t work without significant debt relief. Our Berlin correspondent Kate Connolly analyses the view from Germany
