The refugee crisis in Lebanon

A new report from the UNHCR says that 11.6 million Syrians have been displaced by the civil war, 4 million of them fleeing abroad.

Irene Jancsy of MSF describes the conditions in Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, where Syrians are now also being sheltered.

The discussion, debating and arguing over what to do about the migrant and asylum seeker crisis continues, and was this week the subject of a regional leaders meeting in Brussels.

One of the representatives was Swedish politician, Paul Lindquist, who explains changing attitudes towards immigration in Sweden, and discusses why the problem can only be tackled on a European level.

He says the EU is not just an economic unit, but has a broader moral obligation.
