EU: Mare Nostrum 2.0?

Europe’s leaders yesterday committed themselves to providing more ships, planes, helicopters and money to help save the lives of refugees trying to cross the Mediterranean. No agreement was reached however, on what to do with the refugees once they arrive in Europe with Britain refusing to accept a share. Aid organizations describe the plan as half-hearted. Our Brussels correspondent, Sandra Gathman reports on reactions.
