Today's Webtip: DIY Chocolate Cookie Eggs
I should really stop looking at my cooking blogs in the morning. Especially on mornings when everyone is talking about Easter break and everyone seems fixated on showcasing calorie bombs for your Easter baskets.
But it's looking like a rainy week, and I really wanted to find something fun to do with my crew during the school vacation. So why not try something a little different?

But it never occurred to me to make my own candy eggs. Or in the case of those little beauties above, chocolate covered cookie crumb truffles.
Those of you who have never experienced the name brand chocolate cookie featured in the recipe might feel a bit sceptical about the recipe, but having cooked with them before, I think these might be great. Unhealthy as all get-out, but potentially very tasty.
