Today's Webtip: Bored on a Plane?

Don't just sit there, do something. A collection of those somethings.

I hate international flights.

I love the fact that they are possible and enjoy the romantic notion of relatively affordable international travel but it still tends to make me want to scrape my brain out with a fork.

Yesterday I ran across a video from someone who was able to take that energy and turn it to much more productive use. He sampled the sounds onboard, filmed himself doing it, and turned the results into a thumptastic EDM track.

Reading comments on Reddit led me to believe that this might be a Thing. It's not yet, although there are one or two videos that have been made during airbound boredom.

And finally, there is this video, which was filmed on the plane, but most likely edited somewhere else. It's more interesting for making me thankful I have never had to endure 7 hours sitting on the runway.
