Putin’s reappearance
After a disappearance from the public eye which lasted 10 days and sparked all kinds of wild speculation about the reason behind it, the Russian president Vladimir Putin resurfaced on Monday at a meeting in St. Petersburg, with the president of Kyrgyzstan. Our correspondent in Moscow, Charles Maynes, told us the latest:
