Ukraine troops withdraw

Both sides are reported to be pulling back heavy artillery from the front line in Eastern Ukraine, in accordance with the ceasefire deal signed in February.
Although the deal appeared to be crumbling within days of it being signed, it now appears there could be a chance for a lasting cease-fire.
