Today's Webtip: Suddenly Snowden

Edward Snowden, and the makers of Citizenfour answer questions on Reddit.

I'm not certain, but it feels like Laura Poitras, Glenn Greenwald and Edward Snowden really wanted to take a little victory lap after their Oscar success for Citizenfour.

And they decided to do it on Reddit.

There was a really active AMA goong on yesterday, and from what I have read so far, it's been a pretty interesting experience. Philosophy, politics, privacy and treason are just a few of the subjects dealt with in an astoundingly thoughtful way by the submitters and commentors alike.

Anyone already interested in and following the saga of the Snowden leaks should check it out, and those of you who favor the "I have nothing to hide, so who cares" line might also find it informative.
