Today's Webtip: iFixit Android
I have been a fan of iFixit for ages. It's guided me through many repairs I never would have tried before, and helped me feel as confident with my phones as with my desktops.
Well, the Apple ones at least.
My past attempts at making similat repairs to Android devices haven't been as fruitful. Mostly because I either couldn´t find guides to specific phones, or because I couldn't find the parts.
But now iFixit jas gotten serious about their Android offerings and have put together a repair hub just for Android devices. The current selection is only a drop in the bucket of possible 20.000 some devices, but it's a heck of a lot better than nothing.

And it might be wise to check out parts and guide availability before you make your next phone purchase. Being able to fix it yourself can add years to the life of a phone.
