Obama is still cautious, but options are running out

After the failed peace talks with the political leaders of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine, US president Obama is considering sending “lethal defensive weapons” to the Ukraine.

Defence analyst, Paul Beaver, explains what this would mean and why sending arms to Ukraine may have very wide reaching implications.
