Lebanon's interior minister says DNA tests have proved that two women they are detaining are the former wife and daughter of Islamic State leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. It's being suggested they could be used as bagaining chips with the Islamic State group. Analyst Shashank Joshi considers whether this is realistic, and the significance of this development.
