Universal: Gourmet Cannibalism in Northern Canadia

On this week's edition of FM4 Universal, we follow our travelling anthropolojournalist Horace Bond to the northern Canadian town of Fish Nostril [Fisch Nasenloch], where local people have discovered the joys of cannibalism.

In the northern Canadian municipality of Fish Nostril, local people faced with food shortages have discovered the joys of cannibalism, eating both themselves and each other on a regular basis.

For this week's edition of FM4 Universal, we sent our culinary reporter Horace Bond to Fish Nostril, to discover what is at the root of this long tradition of "consuming thy neighbour".

Episode 3: But how do you prepare the delicacy of human flesh, to make it both tasty and safe to eat? With which spices should you prepare your neighbor or yourself? How best to cook the meat? We asked a local professional cook to weigh in with some of his culinary secrets.

Episode 4: And if you yourself are about to be cannibalized, how do you prepare for the experience? We decided to research what would happen if we were to offer ourselves as dinner to the local community of cannibals.
