Winter is fast approaching and an already dire situation in Ukraine could get a whole lot worse if agreement is not reached on gas deliveries from Russia. Europe could also find itself affected. Fortunately the signs are good that an agreement is in sight.

EU climate targets

EU leaders meet in Brussels this week to discuss a policy framework for climate and energy which will cover the period until 2030. The aim is to make the European economy and energy system more competitive, secure and sustainable.
