Following a bitter row over austerity measures at the weekend, France's Prime Minister, Manual Valls, is to form a new government.
An unexpected outburst of criticism from Economy Minister, Arnaud Montebourg, in which he railed against the policy set out be President Hollande, has caused the government to implode.
