Vice had a reporter embedded with IS. The Videos are coming online now.

Love or hate Vice, they do manage to get some stories other media outlets can't, won't, or don't want to touch.

Their most recent series covering ISIS is a rather extreme example. Filmmaker Medyan Dairieh spent three weeks with the Islamic State, and the result is a five part video series that started going online this week. The first two parts are up now.
