Fatah and Hamas

The Palestinian factions Fatah and Hamas have announced a reconciliation deal after a seven year rift. The move has angered Israel and the US, who consider Hamas a terrorist organisation. We ask analyst Paul Rogers what this all means for Middle East peace-making.
