Today's Webtip: Super Bowl Recipes
As little as I miss most aspects of U.S. Football culture, there is one thing about a game get together I miss.
Food.
Buffalo Wings, Multilayer Nachos, and Serious Chili to be precise.
It's gotten a bit better round these parts, but I still can't blame anyone who has only had the soupy excuse for Chili that gets served around here and thinks American food is silly. Not that it isn't, but it can be so much more than you might think if you settle for the poor examples of it to be had here.
Some of the serious treats are probably beyond the scope of an armchair quarterback in Austria. Doing Ribs right requires dedication, and tracking down the right nightshades for a real bowl of Texas Red is going to take some planning.
But there are a few things that can be thrown together, and the best place to start is probably The Pioneer Woman.

Loaded Nachos might be a good place to start.
