Today's Webtip: Ludum Dare

On the 7th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me... 2064 indie games. And a partridge in a pear tree.

The Ludum Dare is a regular game development challenge. Developers have 48 hours to knock out a game based on a theme given by the organizers. The 28th dare took place last weekend, and 2064 games were made based on the phrase "you only get one".

I haven't had a chance to check any out yet, but indiegames.com John Polson has his eye on Princess Kingdom, and I am itching to play YOGO Rocket fist, a rogue-like top down shooter.
