As a new round of talks begins in Geneva, US President Obama is appealing to the senate not to propose further sanctions and to give the talks a chance. Meanwhile Iran seems determined not to back down on what it calls it nuclear rights.
Regional analyst, Shashank Joshi, discusses the chances of an agreement coming out of the talks, after the last round were described as coming "very close" to a solution.
