US commando raids in Africa

The US launched two commando raids over the weekend, one in Libya, one in Somalia. In Libya, al Qaeda leader, Anas al-Liby was captured, and Secretary of State, John Kerry, says he will now stand trial. In Somalia, Navy SEALs failed to catch a commander of the al-Shabab group, which carried out the attack on the Westgate Shopping Centre in Nairobi, Kenya. Defence analyst, Paul Beaver, examines the implications of these raids and the different reactions in the two countries.
