30 activists from the Greenpeace ship, Arctic Sunrise, are being held in Murmansk, charged with piracy. Theoretically, they could face up to 15 years in prison, but it seems unlikely the Russian courts would be so harsh on the international crew.
However, in the Russian courts, anything can happen, regardless of popular or international opinion, as was illustrated by the Pussy Riot case.
