Today's Webtip: The Cowboy of the NSA

A long look at the director of the NSA.

I realize some of you are probably getting bored with NSA stories, but bear with me for a while. Yes, a lot of this is stuff people have been suspecting for years, and yes, it is stuff that should have gotten more coverage at the time. But without the evidence provided by people like Snowden it's really hard to put together articles that amount to much more than speculation.

Those are the types of articles that end up being put in the tinfoil hat corner. Personally, I'm happy that people are refusing to let this sink back into obscurity. Unlike some Austrian businessmen, I find the things that are being revealed to be more than worrisome.

One of the articles I am currently reading is about the current Director of the NSA. I just discovered it this morning, so I haven't had a chance to read it all the way through, but I already have a document full of notes and annotations because of it. It's long, but I think it's worth the time.
