In Syria, it has been confirmed today that government troops have re-taken the key town Qusair, near the border with Lebanon.
Rebel leaders say the Syrian regime is being supported by thousands of fighters from Hezbollah, who have come over from Lebanan and the Lebanese government is doing nothing to stop them. The rebels now say they are prepared to take their battle over the border into Lebanon to tackle the Hezbollah fighters.

Meanwhile, France says it has hard evidence that the government has used chemical weapons as a part of their campaign, which crosses the "red line" set out be the United States.
