So you happen to be a musically inclined gadget geek with a propensity for hoarding ancient gear. Why let the mostly useless bits and bobs just gather dust when you could turn them into some rather tasty tracks?
Because old floppy drives make pretty nifty instruments.
Old floppy drives used as instruments to play cover versions of Daft Punk tunes also make pretty nifty videos. Well, music files disguised as videos.
