Syrian opposition "in a mess"

Syria is top of the agenda at the Arab League meeting in Doha, but analyst, Shashank Joshi, says the opposition in in a mess. It is too fragmented, and the government too secure in its own territory, for any real progress to be made either diplomatically or militarily.
