Cyprus has come up with a deal which is expected to save the county's banking system and keep it in the Eurozone, but it's still unclear exactly what it will mean for ordinary Cypriots.

Bank deposits over Euro 100.000 will be subjected to a one-off levy, with amounts up to that level being safe, but some people are saying the end result will be even worse for hte people and the country than the deal that the parliament overwhelmingly rejected last week.
