Former French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, finds himself under formal investigation in connection with alleged illegal donations to his 2007 presidential campaign.
He's accused of accepting thousands of Euros from France's richest woman, the L'Oreal heiress, Lilliane Bettencourt, who is now 90 and suffering from dementure.
