After Italy decisively rejected austerity politics in the general election, the markets and the EU are fearing a slide back into Euro chaos.

Just as the EU powers were thinking it was safe to breathe again, and the worst of the Euro crisis was over, the Italian vote is threatening to put them back to square one. The election results overwhelmingly renounced austerity, but was split between the alternatives, leaving the country hanging with nothing clear other than that the people don't like what Mario Monti has been doing.
