North Korea - bluff or not?
Subscribe to the Reality Check podcast and get the whole programme after the show.
North Korea appears to be set to fulfill its threat of a further nuclear test - and it now seems that the country has been running two nuclear programmes, not one.
Previous tests have involved plutonium based devices, but a senior western nuclear scientist, Siegfried Ecker, was shown a brand new uranium facility in 2010. Of course, this type of equipment does not come cheap - so firstly it's clear that sanctions are not having any effect on stopping North Korea's nuclear ambitions, and secondly that it will undoubtedly be the people who are suffering as a result.
North Korea is notoriously fickle. It would not be the first time, if it threatened a test that then did not happen - but North Korea expert, Aidan Foster Carter thinks this time it is different. He told Joanna Bostock why.

Chris Woods of the Bureau of Investigative Journalism has investigated the US secret drone programme, and tells John Cummins about the programme, and the pressure put on the media to keep it secret.
