Today's Webtip: Karateka (2012)
Some of the more experienced among you might actually remember having played Karateka. It was a sides-crolling fighting game from 1984, and I am pretty certain it was the first fighting game I ever played.

It seemed pretty amazing at the time, but would be pretty underwhelming for anyone who came to gaming after the 90's. Actually, it would probably not only underwhelm but downright annoy anyone who started gaming later. It was one of those games that always kicked you back to the beginning when you died. I can remember playing it, and starting over, but I can't remember if I ever ended it.
Well, it's back.
It's been updated, gameplay has changed a bit, and it got itself some 3d graphics. But even better, it was announced with a clever little video that was fun to watch.
