I don't think I have ever seen a public service announcement in Austria. Do they even have them? Short videos made to share information and messages that have been deemed to be in the public interest? Sort of like advertising for non-commercial issues of public health and welfare...
As a kid in the States there were quite a few targeted at me. They were rarely things of joy and light, although at least one of them became a pre-internet meme.
Maybe I should have grown up in Canada. Their PSA's involve hot-shot directors and zombies.
