Today's Webtip: Easy Ice
I promise, I'm done with ice this year. Just one last tip and I can close the season. This is the one for those who want to go the DIY route but don'e have easy access to ice cubes, canisters or strong plastic bags.
You will need some freezer space and a mixer though.
The Food Lab at seriouseats.com has a pretty good tip for those who have them. An easy way to get pretty tasty, small crystal, and dense ice cream without having to spend for a special machine.
