Today's Webtip: Sommergespräche
Politics! Just what the world needs more of. Or rather political parties. As someone who comes from a country with two parties that don't offer an idealogical home, I have long enjoyed watching the Austrian political process. It's so refreshing to seeing so many different parties trying to differentiate themselves from one another.
Of course, as an expat there really isn't much for me to do here other than grab a bowl of popcorn and watch the fun.
Part of that fun is seeing what the smaller parties are up to. The Piraten are usually good for a late night argument or two, and LIF can liven up any discussion that might have gotten a bit dull. But what about the CPÖ, OPÖ, MeinOE or Team Stronach? How much do you know about the current platform of the KPÖ, the SLP, the Männer Partei or Mehr Demokratie?
You probably won't know much if you stick to the usual news suspects. But for those of you willing to take a walk on the wildside, the Sommergespräche at Neuwal.com might be worth checking out.
