Why has North Koreas's new young leader, Kim Jong-un suddenly got rid of his mentor, one of the top generals within the regime? The official line from Pyongyang is that it is because of ill-health, but is that the real reason? And what does this move tell us about the state of things in this notoriously secretive country. The African Union

This year’s African Union summit is taking place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
