Why has North Koreas's new young leader, Kim Jong-un suddenly got rid of his mentor, one of the top generals within the regime? The official line from Pyongyang is that it is because of ill-health, but is that the real reason? And what does this move tell us about the state of things in this notoriously secretive country.
