Germany’s Constitutional Court today began hearing arguments from people opposed to the country joining the European Stability Mechanism and the fiscal pact, which were approved by the Bundestag last month. The court is considering requests for a temporary injuction on the ESM and fiscal pact. Opponents argue the laws go against the German constitution, others are concerned that implementation of the ESM will be further delayed while the Court considers the case. Is the fate of the Eurozone at stake? We speak to ORF Berlin correspondent Peter Fritz:
